🌼 Endicott Cleanse Endicott is looking for volunteers to help with “Donation Sorting” shifts at the Bourque Arena. Every May, Endicott’s offices of Sustainability and Community Service co-host a College Cleanse. Unwanted clothing, décor, food, and books are collected from students and redistributed to the North Shore community. All volunteers get to take home whatever they want for FREE! Every weekday from 5/5 to 5/16: Community volunteers can help with “Donation Sorting” shifts only, twice a day, 9-10:30am and 3-4pm. Sign up.

🌼 Greening From Within Before change can happen around us, it must happen within us. A team of local artists brings you a multisensory journey unlike any other. Join us for a few minutes or a few hours, as you experience Lynch Park’s Rose Garden in a whole new way. Greening From Within is a project created by Dr. Marcia Wochner in partnership with Green Beverly.
Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1, 1-4pm
Lynch Park Rose Garden: 55 Ober Street, Beverly Free for Beverly Residents (Lynch Park’s $25 parking fee applies for non-residents)

🌼 Pollinator Kit Giveaway We’re giving away 200 pollinator garden kits — each with four native plants and a snazzy yard sign to show your support to our project. Perfect for beginner gardeners or anyone with a spare sunny patch. Get rewarded for planting pollinator gardens

To join either of these events, send an email to info@greenbeverly.org with "Dane Street" in the subject line for directions to our office for the meeting, and updates on when we will be working in the garden. Each week, Green Beverly volunteers and staff rescue food that will not be sold and bring it to those in our community who need it. We are currently looking for Sunday volunteers! At 11:45am on Sundays, can you help us move food from Whole Foods to a refrigerator? Must be able to carry 35 pounds and have a SUV, station wagon or big back seat/trunk type of car. Meet: Terry Steimer, Sustainable Landscape Design Terry Steimer is a Master Gardener and NYBG certified Landscape Designer. She lives in Beverly, where she owns a local landscape design company, ‘BUZZ’. Terry is available to share her knowledge on gardening and sustainable landscape design with Beverly residents. A tip from Terry: plant milkweed for the Monarch butterflies, and bee balm for the bees! Reach out with a question today.
