Drop-off options will also be available at the Beverly Public Elementary Schools the week of November 1st- more details with times to come!

3.PARKING PLAN

  • On-site parking is NOT possible.*

We have prepared two off-site parking locations nearby and a shuttle option from the lots. We suggest carpooling when you are able.

    Parking lot options:

    • Birch Plains Field (99 L P Henderson Rd), a ¼ mile walk along sidewalks and with a police detail to cross Cabot Street to the event. NO shuttle available from this parking lot.

    • Axcelis Parking Lot(105 Sam Fonzo Drive). The entrance to this lot is off Sam Fonzo Dr - the SECOND LEFT after Birch Plains - and offers shuttle service to and from the event. Please avoid using the entrance from L P Henderson Dr.

    • A free SHUTTLE will be available from the Axcelis parking lot.  (This will be a 20-seat shuttle running continuously. First come first serve. The shuttle will be able to move about 85 people every half hour.)

Limited On-Site Parking for Individuals with Handicap Placards- pre-registration required

    • On-site parking spaces are extremely limited and only available with advance registration and an official handicap placard. Email meg@greenbeverly.org  for details and an accessible parking reservation.

Understand Pumpkin Smash takes place in a bumpy field at a busy farm and therefore, regrettably, is NOT a fully accessible event. Everyone attends at their own risk.

Email meg@greenbeverly.org for details and an accessible parking reservation.

4. Have Fun and Be Safe!

  • All guests must stay within designated areas on the property for their safety and to protect what farmers are growing. No one should go into buildings or on farm plots without a staff member.

  • Pet policy: While we are a bunch of animal lovers here, unfortunately no pets are allowed on the premises.

  • Items You May Want to Bring: Items to stay comfortable outside (ex. warm jacket, sunblock), shoes you are comfortable walking on uneven ground in.
